1. Definitions

• "We", "Us", "Our", "Administration": Refers to the owners, developers, High Command, and approved Staff Team of Fort Aegis Military.
• "You", "User", "Player": Refers to any individual accessing our Roblox game, Discord server, or related services.
• "Services": Encompasses the Fort Aegis Military Roblox experience, official Discord server, Trello boards, and any other affiliated platforms.

2. Acceptance of Terms & Capacity

By accessing our Services, you automatically, unconditionally, and fully agree to be bound by this binding legal agreement.

2.1 Age Requirement

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2.2 Roblox Terms of Service

These terms run in conjunction with the overarching Roblox Terms of Use. In the event of a direct conflict, Roblox's global Terms of Use shall supersede these local rules.

2.3 Discord Terms of Service

As our primary communication channels are hosted on Discord, your access to our Discord server requires strict adherence to the overarching global Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any breach of Discord's global terms constitutes a direct and immediate breach of this agreement.

2.4 Refusal of Agreement

If you do not agree with absolutely every clause in this document, your only recourse is to immediately leave the game, exit the website, and leave all associated servers. Your continued presence constitutes undeniable legal acceptance.

3. In-Game Moderation & Exploiting

The Administration reserves the absolute, unchallengeable right to enforce moderation actions at their sole discretion.

3.1 Actions Without Cause

We reserve the right to warn, kick, server-ban, or permanently ban any user from the game. These actions may be executed for any reason, or for absolutely no reason at all. We are under no obligation to provide evidence, a stated reason, or an explanation.

3.2 Asset Revocation

We reserve the right to remove, revoke, or delete any in-game assets, ranks, tools, currency, or privileges from your account without notice.

3.3 Zero-Tolerance Exploiting

Any attempt to exploit, hack, use unauthorized third-party software (injectors, macros), or intentionally abuse game-breaking glitches will result in an immediate, unappealable permanent ban and complete data wipe.

4. Discord & Community Guidelines

Our Discord server is strictly regulated. By remaining in the server, you agree to both the global Discord Terms of Service and our proprietary rules.

4.1 Absolute Moderation

You may be warned, timed out (muted), kicked, or permanently banned from our Discord server at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all.

4.2 Staff Interaction & DMs

Unsolicited Direct Messages (DMs) to High Command or Staff Members regarding game issues, bans, or applications are strictly prohibited and may result in an immediate block and server ban.

4.3 Pinging & Mentions

Ghost-pinging, mass-pinging, or unnecessarily tagging Staff/High Command is forbidden.

4.4 Content Restrictions

Any form of NSFW content, malicious links, server raiding, nuking attempts, or excessive spam will result in a permanent blacklist across all Fort Aegis Military platforms.

4.5 Discord ToS Compliance

If you are found violating the official Discord Terms of Service (e.g., being under the age of 13), you will be immediately removed from our server and reported to Discord Trust & Safety.

5. Applications, Promotions & Blacklisting

Throughout your time in Fort Aegis Military, you may submit applications (Staff Applications, Division Tryouts, Rank-ups).

5.1 Denial of Applications

The Staff Team reserves the right to deny, reject, or ignore any application for any reason, or for no reason at all. No feedback will be provided unless explicitly offered by the reviewer.

5.2 The Blacklist

We reserve the right to permanently blacklist you from submitting future applications, joining specific divisions, or obtaining staff ranks. This blacklisting can be issued silently, for any reason or no reason, without explanation.

6. Appeals & Dispute Resolution

While a process for appealing bans, warnings, or blacklists may occasionally be provided, it is a privilege, not a right.

6.1 Handling of Appeals

Appeals may be denied, ignored, deleted, or closed for any reason, or for no reason at all.

6.2 Finality

The Staff Team is never required to justify the denial of an appeal. Once an appeal is denied, the decision is final. Repeatedly submitting denied appeals will result in further sanctions.

7. Virtual Assets, Purchases & Refunds

Any gamepasses, developer products, virtual currency, or ranks purchased within the Roblox platform for Fort Aegis Military are considered strictly as donations that temporarily unlock virtual privileges.

7.1 Revocable License

You do not "own" any virtual items, ranks, or gamepasses. You are merely granted a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use them.

7.2 Forfeiture of Assets

If you are banned, kicked, demoted, or have your assets removed (as per Section 3 and 4), your license to use these virtual assets is immediately revoked. No compensation, refund, or transfer will be provided.

8. Modifications to the Terms

The Administration reserves the absolute right to modify, amend, rewrite, or update these Terms of Service at any time, in any way, and entirely at our sole discretion.

8.1 No Prior Notice

We will not inform users before, during, or after any changes are made to this document.

8.2 Automatic Binding

You are not required to formally "re-accept" the updated terms. Your continued use of the game, website, or Discord server immediately following any update constitutes your automatic, undeniable, and full acceptance. It is strictly your responsibility to constantly review this document.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fort Aegis Military and its staff from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of your use of the game or violation of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or illegal by a court or Roblox Corporation, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

• Identifiers: Including, but not limited to, User IDs, usernames, and associated account details.
• Incident Logs: Detailed records including, but not limited to, who was penalized, the specific reason for the disciplinary action, and the exact timestamp of the incident.
• Appeal Submissions: Including, but not limited to, any text, context, or evidence provided by the user when formally submitting an appeal against a given punishment.
• Blacklists & Global Bans: Permanent or temporary records of individuals who have been restricted or barred from participating in Fort Aegis Military. This explicitly includes, but is not limited to, blacklists for specific departments, divisions, and staff applications. This data is stored indefinitely to prevent ban evasion, protect internal integrity, and ensure long-term community safety.

2.2 Staff and Moderation Data

To ensure quality control, security, and absolute accountability among our moderation and command team, we collect information including, but not limited to:

• Staff Applications: Including, but not limited to, information submitted by users applying for staff, moderation, or specific military ranks.
• Action Logs: Comprehensive records including, but not limited to, staff responses to appeals, moderation actions taken, and internal communications regarding specific user cases (used for staff performance auditing).

2.3 Authentication and Session Data

We collect technical data to facilitate a seamless and secure user experience, including, but not limited to:

• Session Information: Including, but not limited to, login tokens, session IDs, and authentication logs to enable continuous access without requiring repeated manual logins.

3. How We Use Your Information

The data we collect is utilized strictly for internal operational, administrative, and security purposes within Fort Aegis Military. These purposes include, but are not limited to:

• Transparency and User Access: Including, but not limited to, allowing users to independently view their own punishment history, active infractions, and the status of their appeals.
• Dispute Resolution: Including, but not limited to, securely processing, reviewing, and responding to user appeals.
• Staff Oversight: Including, but not limited to, monitoring, auditing, and evaluating the performance of our staff members to ensure strict compliance with our internal protocols.
• Authentication: Including, but not limited to, maintaining secure, persistent, and reliable user sessions.
• Recruitment: Including, but not limited to, systematically evaluating candidates who submit staff applications.
• Evolving Internal Usage: As our operational needs and infrastructure evolve over time, we reserve the right to utilize the collected data for new, unforeseen internal administrative, security, or developmental purposes, including, but not limited to, system upgrades. However, any such future usage will remain strictly internal; your data will never be shared with, sold to, or monetized by external third parties.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We maintain a strict, uncompromising stance on data privacy. We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to independent third parties under any circumstances. The only explicit exception to this non-disclosure policy is the transmission of necessary data to our official, proprietary integrations, including, but not limited to, the integrations detailed in Section 5.

5. Official Integrations: Roblox and Discord

To ensure cross-platform functionality and enforce our rules effectively, your data is securely shared with and processed by our official integrations. These are the only external platforms where your data is utilized.

5.1 Our Official Roblox Game

Purpose: Data is synced directly with our Roblox environment to enforce punishments (including, but not limited to, bans, kicks, demotions, and blacklists), synchronize user states, and apply appeal decisions in real-time within the game.

5.2 Our Official Discord Server and Bot

Purpose: Data is transmitted to our proprietary Discord bot to log administrative actions, automatically notify users of their appeal statuses, and facilitate secure moderation communication within, but not limited to, our designated Fort Aegis Military Discord server.

5.3 Third-Party Privacy Policies (Disclaimer of Liability)

While we utilize Roblox and Discord as essential infrastructure for Fort Aegis Military, Roblox Corporation and Discord Inc. operate as independent third-party entities.

By participating in Fort Aegis Military, utilizing our Roblox game, or joining our Discord server, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your data will also be subject to the overarching data collection, processing, and storage practices, including, but not limited to, those of these third parties.

We bear no legal responsibility or liability for how Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. handle your personal data outside the scope of our specific proprietary bot and game integrations.

We strongly mandate that all users review the official Roblox Privacy Policy and the official Discord Privacy Policy to fully understand their respective terms and data practices.

6. Data Security and Retention

We implement robust, industry-standard security measures, including, but not limited to, access controls and secure protocols, to protect your operational data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. User Rights and Access

Transparency is a core principle of Fort Aegis Military. Users have the direct ability to independently access and review the personal data we hold regarding their disciplinary record, including, but not limited to, active punishments, historical infractions, and appeal history, at any time directly through their designated user dashboard.
